Kacie is so wonderful to work with. She makes a point of getting to know you as a person; what is important to you, what your goals are -  not just for fitness or health, but for living your best life. Kacie's style is kind and supportive, while at the same time encouraging you to be accountable for your own progress. What I loved best about working with Kacie was if I had a goal that wasn't being realized, she would help me brainstorm additional ideas to go after it a different way. She has an incredible knowledge base of exercise and nutrition, and was especially helpful in supporting my goal of becoming 100% plant based. I truly enjoyed my coaching sessions with Kacie!

I began working with Kacie 6 weeks into a 6-month self-designed health and weight-loss program. After the breakup of my marriage and the stress of COVID lockdowns, I had gained weight and wasn’t feeling that great about a lot of things. 

Initially I came to Kacie to receive nutrition advice and for the accountability with the goals I had set for myself. Kacie was great at helping me craft a truly healthy diet and routine.

On this journey, I have lost over 25 lbs and have dramatically better cholesterol levels. I also feel like the new diet and lifestyle is sustainable and not just something I suffered through to lose weight.

We turned to talking about relationships and anxieties about the post-COVID reopening.  We have only just begun to talk about my re-entering the dating world and she has already been a great sounding-board and positive force in that regard.

Kacie is a great listener and is truly invested in my journey. I never feel like she is just going through the motions. She takes great notes, is prepared to follow up on previous topics and is always ready with new topics. She has helpful advice. Most importantly, Kacie is guiding me on my own path, not pushing me in any particular direction.
