A Unique Philosophy

For nearly a decade, I have partnered with individuals and gently assisted in their growth and self-development through behavioral science habit change and lifestyle coaching. Over the years I have coached hundreds of clients worldwide to find and discover themselves in the midst of their demanding lifestyles.

I hold a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. While working with individuals on their diets and relationship to food, I quickly realized that what people were really seeking was a balance in their lives holistically - mind, body, spirit. I have adapted to what my clients have been searching for and began to coach holistically, always meeting them where they found themselves. Through food, movement, mindfulness, meditation, sleep, stress, social connections, spirituality, I have helped my clients discover the tools, resources, and practices that feel organic to them and will allow them to work towards becoming the best version of themselves.

I see it as a journey, one that we will step into together. I will join you on the path of discovery to a life that feels authentic, nurtured, connected, respected, honored, and loved. It takes courage, effort, compassion, and grace to make sustainable lifelong change. For you this will mean "doing the work". An expression I use often to describe this widely amazing journey into self discovery and true expansion. You will learn what ignites and inspires you and how to transmute limiting beliefs that keep you from living the life you have been longing for.

With my open and non-judgmental approach you will find the strength and willingness to look at your shadows. You will begin to feel open to creating a life that feels like the life you were meant to be living. Together, we will shine a gentle light on the behaviors and habits you have created to keep you "safe" while undermining your progression. You will no longer feel conflicted and you will find yourself living in more peace and ease.

"I practice turning people into trees. Which means appreciating them just they way they are"
